Happy Third Birthday, Charlotte!

Three years ago, shortly after 8 pm, my Charlotte Sophia was born! Now my baby has grown up and I have a little girl before me....how time flies.

She was so excited that today was her birthday...she enjoyed the simple pleasures of life today! Having mom make her Mickey waffles for breakfast, playing dress up with her sister, and choosing her birthday dinner- homemade spaghetti and meatballs! Let's not forget a gigantic chocolate cupcake and candles to blow out!

How Many January Birthdays Does Your Family Have?

I used to think December birthdays were tricky....I KNOW January birthdays are even trickier! You think you're all done with all the buying for Christmas and then *BAM* hold the phones...all those fabulous ideas you had were taken last month. What to do?

I have six January birthdays that we celebrate. There are more, but at some point you have to draw the line...This Sunday, I'll be hosting the "Birthday Bash" to celebrate 5 of the 6.

So...HAPPY BIRTHDAY...James (s-in laws hubby), Barbara (mom-in-law), Charlotte (darling daughter), Amy (s-in-law), and Pop (my dad)!!!

I also can't forget about #6!!! My Bella's dearest friend-Ali. Happy Sixth Birthday! I hope you and Bella will be friends for many many more years!

How does that saying go? Over the lips and through the gums. Look out stomach-here it comes...the horrible ache from too much birthday cake!
